Abstract
通过实验分析双频微片激光器的热致波长偏移,并结合ANSYS有限元对增益介质内部温度分布的模拟仿真,获得了双频微片激光器增益介质的热传导理论模型.模型表明,双频微片激光器工作时热传导系数是一不受温度影响的固定值,其大小影响增益介质的散热性能;选定合适的热传导方式能获得良好的散热效果,但存在散热极限.
