Abstract
金属外壳对光电器件的微波高频特性有重要的影响.从金属外壳的内腔结构和传输线过渡结构两个方面,对光电器件的高频特性进行改进.通过对金属外壳内腔的几何结构、传输线过渡结构进行改进,成功地将器件的衰减尖峰从14.5 GHz移至3dB带宽之外的19.1 GHz,使器件的3 dB带宽提高了1 GHz.
