介绍了一种基于Lab VIEW的电饭锅数据采集系统设计方案,此方案选择采用NI USB-6008数据采集卡DAQ对电饭锅煮饭过程中的锅顶温度、锅底温度和继电器电压进行数据采集,通过Lab VIEW构建数据采集系统软件平台,将采集到的数据进行显示、存储、图像处理及分析,研究电饭锅煮饭过程中的锅顶和锅底温度曲线特征及继电器输出的电压曲线特征,从而得出电饭锅煮饭过程中继电器的工作与控制温度的关系.
