Abstract
为满足西藏大学对科研量化考核管理的需求,笔者对科研量化考核系统进行了研究与开发,并对教师承担项目、教师出版著作、教师发表论文等主要模块进行详细介绍.系统基于HTML、PHP、MVC框架,采用B/S架构和MySQL数据库进行开发,能够有效提高科研管理工作的质量和效率.
