Abstract
新医改为医疗卫生信息化建设提供了新的机遇,也提出了新的要求.广州医科大学附属第五医院正处于快速发展阶段,随着新大楼的投入使用,对信息系统建设提出了更高的要求.电子病历是医疗卫生信息化的核心内容之一,其有效应用对提高医疗质量具有重要意义.基于此,结合电子病历系统建设实践,分析电子病历信息化建设中运用PDCA循环的原理,以期为其他信息系统建设提供参考.
