Abstract
设计了一种适用于X-ACTO修补刀片的刃磨机,采用三菱FX ln PLC系统对刃磨机各过程进行程序编辑,实现刀片刃磨的自动化.通过介绍刃磨机的系统组成、自动化工作流程,并绘制电气控制线路图,使用三菱PLC的INC与PLSY指令控制电机的运动,进而实现对刀片的修补磨刃.最后,本文通过数据统计对比和分析,证明了该设计合理,系统运行稳定可靠.
