海面远距离目标运动属性判别方法

Abstract
基于临近空间平台的T1 R1系统,以对海面远距离目标运动属性的快速判别为需求,提出了对目标运动属性的快速判别方法.该方法不用计算目标位置,仅需根据单侦察时差参数观测值的统计特征来判别目标的运动属性.仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性.
