Abstract
分析醋酸回收装置共沸精馏系统运行现状,在DCS常规控制基础上,应用先进工艺控制(APC)技术.通过克服萃取液蒸发器进料量、进料组分、加热蒸汽压力波动等干扰,稳定主蒸塔温度分布,同时优化主蒸塔中部温度、提馏段灵敏板温度,实现“卡边”优化控制.实测同等稳定负荷情况下,装置加热蒸汽单耗下降1.8％.
