Abstract
本文针对城市交通拥堵问题,以绿色、人文为基础提出了“发展公交优先”的策略.通过设置公交专用道、交叉口专用进口道和公交信号优先控制等方式,将非快速公共交通平稳过度到快速公交时期.并构思建立一种以公交信号优先的交叉口信号配时方案,利用仿真软件就交通拥堵状况进行微观模拟,力求缓解交通拥堵.
