Abstract
针对我厂严重腐蚀油井产出液含水高、矿化度高,CO2含量高及存在硫酸还原菌的特点,导致频繁腐蚀躺井,影响正常的油井生产.一是优化缓蚀剂配方,进行室内及现场防腐试验后,应用K Y-10型缓蚀剂进行防腐治理;二是针对由硫酸还原菌引起的腐蚀,采用硝化防腐技术,抑制井筒内的硫酸还原菌,消除硫化氢的腐蚀因素.
