为了更好的开展农村电力需求的农村电网规划的科学预测和规划,本文选取了某市"煤对区域电网实施电力"为重点,结合新农村电网改造升级发展的电力改革电源、小城镇(中心村)电网改造等专项规划,开展煤炭电力需求预测项目实施后,对煤炭电力负荷变化之前的农村电力项目,对农村电力需求的适应性分析.
