Abstract
以一种轨道减震器为例,研究了开炼机热炼和螺杆挤出机热炼两种工艺对胶料和产品性能的影响.结果 表明,与开炼机热炼工艺相比,螺杆挤出机热炼工艺可以提高胶料温度,进而缩短产品硫化时间,相应产品的刚度稳定性更好,粘合性能和耐疲劳性能相近.
