Abstract
通过在螺杆钻具电动机定子用橡胶配方中增添改性纳米碳化硅粉体或炭黑N440或分散预处理12687增硬树脂或调整硫黄用量来提高硫化胶弹性模量.结果 表明:增添改性纳米碳化硅粉体,可延长胶料的t10和tg0,增大硫黄用量,可缩短胶料的t10和t90;增添改性纳米碳化硅粉体的硫化胶的弹性模量最高,增添炭黑N440的硫化胶的弹性模量次之;增添改性纳米碳化硅粉体的硫化胶的硬度、100%定伸应力和拉伸强度最高,拉断永久变形较小,磨耗质量损失最小,满足设计要求.
