用玻璃结晶化方法制备的偏磷酸钙晶须及其形貌

Abstract
采用n(CaO):n(P2O5)≈1:1的玻璃,在500~600 ℃下进行处理,结晶生长出原成分的偏磷酸钙晶须,晶须直径和长度分别为0.2~3 μm,30~200 μm.以热水浸泡法成功地将晶须之间的残存玻璃溶解而导致晶须相互分离,经浸泡后晶须呈现鳞片状.详细研究了均质玻璃形成条件和玻璃结晶化条件.用XRD,SEM,TEM等对样品的物相、形貌等进行了分析.初步探讨了玻璃组分中CaO和P2O5的摩尔比、结晶温度及时间等对产物形貌的影响.
