Abstract

在GB 5009.27-2016的基础上,改进了油茶籽油中BaP检测的预处理净化方法,并对改进前后的加标回收率进行了对比.结果表明:采用正己烷稀释配制BaP标准溶液为加标液,10 mL正己烷淋洗,1 mL乙腈复溶;液相色谱条件采用InertSustain C18色谱柱分离,以乙腈0.88 mL/min、水(0.12 mL/min)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min;荧光检测器激发波长384 nm,发射波长406 nm,柱温35℃.样品加标回收率较高,范围为91.68％～120.62％,有效地提高了检测的准确性.
