采用有限元软件对注塑级聚丙烯塑料渠道进行数值模拟和设计优化,构建一种薄壁、能适应地基变形、不易开裂的新型渠道.结果表明,U形加肋塑料渠道结构较优,在满足强度和位移的条件下,典型农渠渠身厚度为3 mm,纵肋厚度3 mm,横肋厚度5 mm,两侧壁各加一条纵肋,每米设3根横肋时可达厚度最小、肋条数量最少,使得塑料渠道质量最小从而价格最低、投资最省.
