Abstract
以喷涂聚脲(SPUAE)弹性体作为基体,通过加入阻燃剂、烧蚀填料和工艺助剂等制备了SPUAE基包覆材料,并对该包覆材料进行了相容性、旋转黏度和烧蚀性能表征.结果表明,该包覆材料与固体推进剂的相容性好,工艺助剂可以明显降低包覆材料胶液的旋转黏度,以3.5水硼酸锌、云母粉和联二脲组合的填料体系能显著改善包覆材料的耐烧蚀性能和烧蚀面形貌,线烧蚀率从1.06 mm/s降低到0.369 mm/s,烧蚀面致密光滑.
