Abstract
制备了PLA/TPU复合材料,以CO2为发泡剂,利用间歇式超临界发泡技术研究PLA/TPU复合材料的徽孔发泡性能,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和XRD研究PLA/TPU复合材料的结晶性能、热性能;用扫描电镜(SEM)研究复合材料的相容性以及发泡后的泡孔形态.结果 表明:TPU对刚性材料PLA有一定的增韧效果;采用超临界CO2发泡技术,TPU含量的增加会降低泡孔尺寸,玻璃化转变温度几乎不变,结晶温度增加,结晶度增大.
