Abstract
针对车灯饰圈免底涂聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PBT)材料低雾化的要求,研究了羧酸钙盐、超细滑石粉和羧酸钠盐3种不同成核剂对PBT结晶性能、小分子挥发性能、雾化和GC-MS谱图的影响.结果表明:成核剂明显提高了PBT的结晶性能,进而有效改善复合体系的热稳定性和小分子挥发性能;超细滑石粉作为成核剂,其用量为0.3%时,在降低小分子挥发量、提升材料热稳定性和透光率方面效果最为显著;PBT的雾化主要源于其分解产物,滑石粉用量为1%时,导致其从PBT复合体系中挥发出来.
