纳米颗粒增强HDPE/TPI合金材料的研究

Abstract
分别采用纳米蒙脱土(nano-MMT)、纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO3)、纳米二氧化硅(nano-SiO2)对高密度聚乙烯/反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(HDPE/TPI)合金材料进行增强改性,考察了这3种纳米颗垃对HDPE/TPI合金力学性能及耐热性能的影响.结果表明:当HDPE与TPI的质量比为95/5时,HDPE/TPI合金具有良好的韧性,其冲击强度由纯HDPE的32.5 kJ/m2提高至51.1 kJ/m2.在此基础上,添加3%~5%的纳米颗粒能够较明显地改善该合金材料的力学性能和耐热性能;3种纳米颗粒中,nano-MMT和nano-CaCO3的增强效果相对较好.
