Abstract
建立了铽离子(Ⅲ)荧光探针法测定阿莫西林含量的方法.实验结果表明,激发波长为226 nm和发射波长为545 nm,在pH值为6、放置时间为10 min、铽离子质量分数为9.776×10-4mol/L条件下,在1.306×10-6mol/L～1.306×10-5mol/L范围内,阿莫西林的质量分数c与荧光强度存在线性关系,线性回归方程为F=-6.607c+671.708,r为0.9993,平均回收率为98.75％.
