介绍了空调室外机配管振动机理,采用三元乙丙橡胶制作压缩机隔振脚垫,测试研究了不同结构的压缩机脚垫对配管系统应力的影响.结果表明,脚垫内孔中加入金属套管,有效控制了室外机在启动和停机瞬间的振幅,配管系统应力明显减小,提高了管路的可靠性.
