Abstract
温度在柔性玻璃狭缝下拉成形过程中有着重要的影响,本研究以无碱铝硼硅酸盐柔性玻璃为对象,采用Flow3DTM软件模拟狭缝下拉工艺中玻璃液的流动及成形过程,研究温度变化(狭缝入口处的进口温度,狭缝温度,空气介质温度)对柔性玻璃成形规律的影响,以确定合适的成形工艺制度.模拟结果表明:狭缝入口处的进口温度在1306℃附近时玻璃液不易拉断,且利于后续拉边机牵引辊等工艺拉薄成超薄柔性玻璃;狭缝温度在1280～1300℃范围内较佳;空气介质温度在720～730℃范围内较佳.
