Abstract
以聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)为软段,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)为硬段,乙氧基封端聚乙二醇(N-120)为亲水剂,合成含侧链的梳形结构聚氨酯-脲乳液,并研究了PTMG含量对聚氨酯-脲微相分离及性能的影响.结果表明,材料的力学性能优异,当PTMG质量分数从58%逐步减少到32%时,材料的拉伸强度先增加后降低,伸长率下降,软段的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)从-52.7 ℃上升到-42.8 ℃,材料的初始分解温度从282.4℃下降到262.3℃,软硬段间的微相分离程度减小,储能模量增加.
