Abstract
Mo-Cu合金具有Mo的高熔点和Cu的良好导热和导电性能,广泛应用于热沉材料和电子封装材料等领域.采用低温燃烧法和还原法制备Mo-30Cu/Al2O3复合粉末,研究尿素与葡萄糖含量对复合粉末形貌和物相的影响,结果表明,当硝酸盐与尿素配比为1:2,硝酸盐和葡萄糖配比为1:0.3,前驱体纳米粉末综合性能达到最佳,粉末分散均匀,粒径约为400~500nm,还原后复合粉末粒径约为50nm.
