采用商品化的毛细管柱直接制备了PCR微流控芯片, 与常规方法比较该方法制备的芯片成本低廉价格便宜, 可在普通实验室制作, 将该方法制备的PCR微流控芯片和微流控-热电极系统联用, 对凤丹皮的扩增产物进行了初步研究.
