本研究以基于GIS二次开发平台,设计并实现了森林火灾模拟与救援系统.该系统,可以精确模拟火灾并制定相应的救援措施,从而计算出灾后具体经济损失值.为森林火灾的控制与预防提供便利条件,也为林区规划与管理提供参考模型.
