Abstract
以6-甲氧基-2-乙酰萘(Ⅱ)为起始原料,经次氯酸钠氧化得到6-甲氧基-2-萘甲酸(Ⅲ),然后与甲醇反应制得6-甲氧基-2-萘甲酸甲酯(Ⅳ),二氢-双(2-甲氧基乙氧基)铝酸钠还原Ⅳ得到6-甲氧基-2-萘甲醇(Ⅴ),最后Ⅴ经二氧化锰选择性氧化得到萘丁美酮的关键中间体6-甲氧基-2-萘甲醛(Ⅰ),总收率为73.2％,并通过MS、1HNMR对产物结构进行了表征.
