临界粒子间距判据适用条件的研究:缺口半径的影响

Abstract
采用不同粒径碳酸钙(CaCO3)粒子与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)熔体共混,研究不同缺口半径(R)下共混体系发生脆韧转变时临界粒子间距(IDc)与CaCO3粒径大小和含量之间的关系.结果表明,当缺口为45°V型,缺口半径R=0.25 mm时,IDc与CaCO3粒径大小和含量无关,表明该判据是适用的;当缺口为45°V型,缺口半径R=1.0 mm时,发现IDc依赖于CaCO3粒径大小,表明该判据不再适用.
