Abstract
以2-羧乙基苯基次磷酸(CEPPA)和2,2’-(1,3-亚苯基)双(2-噁唑啉)(1,3-BOX)为原料,合成了一种新型的含磷反应性阻燃剂.并通过红外、核磁、热失重分析对其结构和热稳定性进行了表征.其对PA6改性后的阻燃性能则根据UL94的标准进行了垂直燃烧测试.结果表明,其用量为15 phr时,可使PA6达到V-0级,具有高的阻燃效率.
