Abstract

利用自制的疲劳冲击仪对玻璃纤维增强尼龙6复合材料进行疲劳性能的研究,得到不同黏度的树脂、增容剂、玻璃纤维含量和水分等对该复合材料冲击疲劳强度的影响.结果表明,树脂黏度过高和过低,材料的耐疲劳冲击能力都会变差;增容剂对于材料的冲击疲劳强度有一定的提升作用;另外,高温拉伸与冲击疲劳之间存在一定的对应关系.
