Abstract
首先对钠蒙脱土进行有机处理,使其变为有机蒙脱土.IR,XRD表明,有机阳离子已和钠蒙脱土发生离子交换作用,同时使层间距变大.然后利用熔融插层法制备了聚苯乙烯-蒙脱土插层复合材料,和纯聚苯乙烯及常规填充聚苯乙烯相比,所得插层复合材料的热性能和力学性能都有提高,在不牺牲材料冲击强度的情况下,复合材料的模量随着蒙脱土含量的增加而增加,这表明聚苯乙烯已插层进入蒙脱土层间.
