Abstract
以蒸馏水为分散介质,采用激光粒度仪对超细碳化硅粉体粒径进行测定.考察了超声波分散功率、超声波分散时间、分散剂种类、分散剂用量、遮光比等因素对超细碳化硅粉体粒径测定的影响.确定了测试超细碳化硅粉体粒径的最佳条件:超声波分散功率为200 W,超声波分散时间为10 min,选择质量浓度为2.0 g/L的聚乙二醇2000作为分散剂,遮光比为10.0％.在此条件下超细碳化硅粉体的粒度分析结果重现性好、数据比较准确.
