共微胶囊化阻燃剂的制备及其对聚丙烯的阻燃

Abstract
以聚氨酯(PU)为囊材,以聚磷酸铵(APP)和三聚氰胺焦磷酸盐(MPP)为芯材,制备出了共微胶囊化阻燃剂(M(A&M)),通过红外光谱等对M(A&M)的核壳结构进行表征,证明阻燃剂被PU完全包覆了.将M(A&M)与聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混,制备了阻燃聚丙烯复合材料,并对复合材料的阻燃性、耐水性和热稳定性进行了研究.结果表明:当APP/MPP为3/1时,复合材料的阻燃性能最佳,且经过水处理后PP/M(A&M)样条的阻燃性基本不变,通过SEM观察到,PP/M(A&M)体系在燃烧后能生成更加连续和致密的炭层.
