Abstract
应用刮膜式分子蒸馏装置对牡丹鲜花油的提纯进行了研究.采用正交试验方法考察了进料速率、进料温度、操作压力、刮膜器转速、蒸发温度、内冷凝器温度等因素对牡丹挥发油分离效果的影响.通过试验,得到最优工艺参数为:进料速率1 mL/min、进料温度55℃、操作压力2 Pa、刮膜器转速400 r/min、蒸发温度145℃、内冷凝器温度30℃.
