高效保湿霜配方设计及其保湿性能研究

Abstract
采用L18(37)正交试验对7种具代表性的保湿成分的量效关系进行考察,产品保湿效果通过皮肤水合度(MoistureMeasurement Value,MMV)和经表皮水分散失(Transepidermal Water Loss,TEWL)这2种保湿功效评价指标进行测定.结果表明,在给定的用量水平下,7种保湿成分对皮肤水合度的提升作用由大至小依次为:甘油、神经酰胺3、轻质液状石蜡、透明质酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷、白池花籽油、鲸蜡硬脂醇,按照Griff提出的保湿剂选用规则,选定了各成分的用量水平,制得一种高效保湿霜,测试表明有较强的即时保湿能力.
