集输系统化学助剂对特低渗透油田采出液乳化稳定特性影响

Abstract
以界面张力、Zeta电位、粒径中值和脱水率、透光率为指标,考察了延长某特低渗透油田原油集输系统的多种杀菌、缓蚀剂、返排工作液对原油乳化稳定性、混凝处理效果的影响.结果表明,采出液随着杀菌剂1227、异噻唑啉酮SW-201、缓蚀剂SW-102和压裂返排液浓度的增加,油水界面张力逐渐降低,Zeta电位值增大,悬浮颗粒粒径中值变小,对原油破乳脱水速率、混凝沉降处理均有不利影响,处理难度加大.
