煤系高岭土改性制备陶粒吸附剂及其对Cr(VI)的吸附性能

Abstract
以煤系高岭土、消石灰和炭粉为原料,制备出一种陶粒吸附剂,用于对污水中Cr(VI)的去除,探究废液pH、初始浓度等对吸附效果的影响.结果表明,该陶粒吸附剂吸附性能良好,在40℃,pH=6,浓度180 mg/L,吸附剂用量16 g/L,吸附240 min时,陶粒对Cr6+的吸附量为7.58 mg/g,回收后可通过解吸再次利用,同时筒压强度为7.76 MPa,可作为优质人造轻集料,具有良好的应用前景.
