水煤浆分散剂HA/SAS/St的制备及流变性能研究

Abstract
以黄腐酸(HA)、烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)和苯乙烯(St)为单体,以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法,利用热引发自由基共聚,制备出具有双亲性质的低分子量水溶性三元聚合物水煤浆分散剂HA/SAS/St,探讨HA含量、分散剂用量、制浆浓度对水煤浆浆料的分散效果的影响.结果表明,HA含量30%,分散剂用量1.3%,制浆浓度30%时,水煤浆有最好的分散效果,最佳的稳定体系.
