CuO/沸石催化剂制备的工艺优化及其应用

Abstract
用碱熔-水热法合成粉煤灰沸石,负载CuO制备催化剂,CuO/沸石处理酸性大红GR染料废水,并用扫描电镜和X-射线衍射仪进行了表征.结果表明,合成的沸石表面疏松,呈立方体型晶体.CuO/沸石的最佳制备条件为:硝酸铜溶液/沸石液固比3.90 mL/g,硝酸铜溶液浓度1.0 mol/L,煅烧温度423℃,煅烧时间5 h,特征峰与CuO标准卡片基本一致,处理后废水中CODCr和色度的残余浓度为64.3 mg/L和5.7稀释倍数,相应的去除率为90.1%和99.97%.
