Abstract
BiPO4是近几年发现的能被紫外光激发的光催化剂,其具有较强的矿化能力、易于制备、且稳定无毒等优点,得到了国内外研究学者的关注.由于BiPO4禁带宽度大,导致其光催化活性差.为提高BiPO4对可见光的吸收,常常需要对其进行掺杂或复合改性来减小其禁带宽度.对金属掺杂、非金属掺杂、复合改性、表面活性剂修饰等进行了总结,并对其在提高活性方面进行了展望.
