响应面法优化超临界CO2萃取甘草中光甘草定的工艺研究

Abstract
用超临界CO2萃取法提取甘草中活性成分光甘草定,通过单因素实验考察萃取温度、萃取压力、静态萃取时间对提取率的影响.根据单因素实验结果,进行3因素3水平的响应面实验,对甘草粗提物及光甘草定的超临界CO2萃取工艺条件进行优化.结果表明,甘草粗提物及光甘草定萃取的最佳工艺条件为:萃取温度45℃,萃取压力25 MPa,静态萃取时间60 min.在该条件下,粗提得率为1.259％,其中光甘草定得率为0.009％.
