焦化装置出于经济效益的考虑要多生产液体产品而少生产焦炭.针对影响120万t/a焦化装置液体收率的原料性质、操作温度、操作压力、循环比等因素进行分析,对操作条件进行调节优化后,可以提高装置液体收率,通过优化污油回炼操作,进一步提高装置液体收率.
