Abstract
通过响应面法优化中药降脂复方中总多糖最佳提取工艺,计算了最佳提取条件下总多糖得率,通过体外抗氧化实验评价其药理作用.根据单因素实验结果,利用超声法优化总多糖的提取工艺,通过自由基清除率分析其抗氧化能力.结果为向1 g中药复方粉末中加入30 mL蒸馏水,水浴超声50 min,酸碱度为9的情况下总多糖得率最高,自由基清除率为84.93％.
