高浓度煤泥水沉降试验研究

Abstract
山西某矿区因黄泥、铝土使得煤泥水属于典型高浓度煤泥水,为节约成本,实现煤泥水最优化处理,通过对不同药剂进行煤泥水絮凝试验,以浑液面沉速和上清液浊度为考察指标,分别进行了药剂比选、分部投加、配合投加试验,除此之外,还对有机絮凝剂和无机混凝剂配合比试验进行了优化.结果显示:选用有机絮凝剂APAM-6080和无机絮凝剂PAFC,采用配合投加效果较好,且有机絮凝剂采用6:4的分部投加可节省药剂量10%~40%.当煤泥水浓度范围为SS=50~120 g/L时,所需药剂为100~133.3 g药A煤,其出水指标中沉速为3.5~5.2 mm/s,上清液浊度为48~60 NTU.对煤泥水浓度与投药量建立数学模型:y=0.4722x+ 80.85.
