针对塔河油田稠油污水高温的性质,严格按照工程运行实际,优化设计出一整套处理评价系统,该评价系统包括重力沉降橇块、过滤器橇块、加药装置橇块,可以开展多种污水处理工艺评价、药剂筛选优化评价的动态模拟,为今后工程的开展提供有力的技术支持.
