Abstract
随着油气田开发进入开发后期,高温高压、合理压力安全窗口窄等问题也日益凸显,为更好地应对固井过程中易气窜、易漏失等问题,给出了一种低密度水泥浆相应的填充材料,并确定外掺料为高性能漂珠,并研制了密度为1.35 g/cm3的水泥浆.所配置的水泥浆不仅满足低密度要求,而且浆体中胶凝剂含量得到保证,对所配置水泥浆体系的稳定性、流动性和水泥石的致密性都有所改善.又对该高温低密度水泥浆的稳定性、渗透率及抗高温、高压能力进行了评价,结果表明所研制的水泥浆各项性能均较传统的低密度水泥浆体系有所提高.
