介绍合成氨装置天然气压缩机止推轴承温度异常升高的现象并进行原因分析,判断出止推轴承止推间隙偏小是造成轴承温度升高的主要原因.通过调整止推间隙后,使轴承温度恢复正常.通过采取增大止推瓦块巴氏合金平面倒角量措施,改善轴承润滑效果,使轴承温度更加稳定,保证压缩机的安全稳定运行.
