以纸质食品外包装中荧光增白剂为检测对象,对其样品前处理工艺进行了探讨.考察了浸取溶剂种类、用量、提取温度及样品面积等对荧光增白剂提取效果的影响,通过HPLC法对提取的荧光增白剂组分进行对比分析.在样品量一定的情况下,得到了溶剂种类、用量、温度及样品碎片面积的优化工艺.
