Abstract
目的:建立加味玉屏风颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil Cl8柱(4.6mm×250mm);流动相为乙腈-水(34:66);ELSD参数:漂移管温度105℃;载气流量2.5L/min.结果:黄芪甲苷进样量在4.821 μg～24.104μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程为:A=1.3315C +4.7412,r =0.9992,平均回收率为99.52％,(RSD =2.42％,n=6).结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于加味玉屏风颗粒的质量控制.
